Interarch Building Solutions informs about newspaper advertisement
Pursuant to Section 27 of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘the Act’) read with Rule 7 of the Companies (Prospectus and Allotment of Securities) Rules, 2014, and other applicable provisions, if any, Interarch Building Solutions has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisement in Form PAS-1. The advertisement provides intimation regarding the notice of special resolution proposed to be passed through Postal Ballot for variation of the terms of the contract referred to in the prospectus. The same was published today, Wednesday, February 25, 2026, in the newspapers, Financial Express- English Language Daily and Jansatta – Hindi Language Daily. The same shall also be uploaded on the company’s website at www.interarchbuildings.com.
