In continuation to its intimation dated February 21, 2026, regarding ESG Rating assigned by SES ESG Research and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, Apollo Tyre has informed that SES ESG Research has revised the ESG rating from '74.9’ to ‘75.1’ for FY 2025.
