Yatayat Corporation India gets SEBI’s nod for IPO

The shares of the company are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE

Yatayat Corporation India has secured Securities and Exchange Board of India’s (SEBI's) approval to raise funds through initial public offering (IPO).  

The company’s IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to 77 lakh equity shares and an OFS of up to 56 lakh equity shares by a promoter, taking the total offer size to up to 1.33 crore equity shares. Proceeds from the fresh issue are proposed to be utilised towards meeting working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. The shares of the company are proposed to be listed on BSE and NSE.
