JD Cables informs about updates
JD Cables has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, according to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023, a platform is designed to enhance investor grievance redressal by enabling investors to access Online Dispute Resolution Institutions for the resolution of their complaints; to provide investors with a dedicated portal and solution to their grievances, SEBI has come up with the SMART ODR platform to register as a market recipient. Further confirmed that it has successfully completed the registration on SMART ODR portal as on 27th April, 2026 for true & fair compliance.
