Greaves Cotton has informed that pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 06th May, 2026, to consider the following: a. Approve the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026; and b. Recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in the shares of the Company is closed from 01st April, 2026 to 08th May, 2026.
