Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Almondz Global Securities has submitted copies of the newspaper publications published in Financial Express – English and Financial Express – Pratahkal Marathi, informing the shareholders about the Corrigendum issued to the Notice of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting dated April 10, 2026. The said Extra-Ordinary General Meeting will be held on May 11, 2026. The Corrigendum was issued to rectify certain inadvertent errors in the original Notice. The newspaper advertisements were published on April 25, 2026 in compliance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable laws. The copies of the said newspaper publications are enclosed.
