Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Clause 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Vodafone Idea has submitted the details of order received by the Company under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The Company does not agree with the Order and will take appropriate legal action(s) against the same. The required details under SEBI Master Circular no. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30 January 2026 are enclosed as Annexure A.
