Vesuvius India informs about closure of trading window
In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading of the Company’s Securities by Insiders prepared in accordance with Schedule B and Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Vesuvius India has informed that the Trading Window for trading in the Company’s securities shall remain closed from April 1, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ending on March 31, 2026. The Financial Year of the Company ends on December 31, every year.
