Indo Amines informs about closure of trading window
Indo Amines has informed that pursuant to Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof, for the time being in force) and in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons, the Trading window for dealing in securities/shares of Indo Amines will remain closed for all the Insiders, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company with effect from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ending 31st March, 2026. The date of Board Meeting for considering the Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
