Rossell India has informed that pursuant to SESI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all the Directors! Officers! Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
