In terms of the provisions of the Insider Trading Regulations and the Company’s Code, HP Adhesives has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the financial year ending 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the Audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ending 31st March, 2026 shall be intimated in due course. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised to not involve in any transactions of dealing / trading in the securities of the Company when the trading window is closed.
