Kitex Garments informs about closure of trading window
Kitex Garments has informed that pursuant to Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, the Trading Window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and specified Connected Persons of the Company to deal in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 become generally available. The date of the Board Meeting at which the aforesaid results will be considered and approved shall be intimated in due course.
