Pursuant to provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulation, 2018 read with company code for ‘Prohibition of Insider Trading’, Kanoria Energy & Infrastructure has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons viz. Directors, identified Employees, KMPs, Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial result for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
