Max India informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the Company's Policy on Prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, regarding the trading restriction period, Max India has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company including their immediate relatives from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, till completion of 48 hours from the announcement of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026 (‘Financial Results’) to the stock exchanges.
