TV Today Network informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, TV Today Network has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 15, 2026, to consider, approve and take on record, the Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter (Q4) and Financial Year ending on March 31, 2026; and to recommend the payment of final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2025-26 for approval of shareholders at ensuing Annual General Meeting. As per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating and Monitoring Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the insiders of the Company from April 01, 2026 to May 17, 2026.
