Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading , Prospect Consumer Products has informed the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain close for all Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from 1st April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the half year and financial year ended on 31st March, 2026 to the Stock Exchange.
