VRL Logistics informs about closure of trading window
VRL Logistics has informed that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours from the date of declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. Accordingly, all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
