JSW Steel has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors has been convened to be held on Thursday, 14th May 2026, to consider, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. Pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Insiders, under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from 01st April 2026 to 16th May 2026.
