SPML Infra informs about trading window closure
SPML Infra has informed that in terms of provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from 01st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the 4th quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
