Harig Crankshafts informs about closure of trading window
Harig Crankshafts has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the company by Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from 1st day of April, 2026. The Trading window shall open on the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the last quarter and Financial year ended on 31st March, 2026 to the stock exchange. The date of Board Meeting to consider the aforesaid Results shall be intimated to the Stock Exchange in due course.
