Sparkle Gold Rock informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, Sparkle Gold Rock has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company's Securities will remain closed from Wednesday, 01 April, 2026. The closure is in connection with the finalization of financial statements/results for the quarter and annual ending March 31, 2026. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the said financial results are declared to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
