Priya informs about closure of trading window
In terms of Company ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’, Priya has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday 1st April, 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve, Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2026 shall be intimated separately in due course.
