PB Fintech informs about disclosure
In reference to its earlier communication dated November 28, 2024, and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, PB Fintech has informed that Paisabazaar Marketing and Consulting (‘Paisabazaar’) a wholly owned subsidiary of Company has received order u/s 26(3) of the Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988, issued by the Office of the Adjudicating Authority, Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act, New Delhi, dated March 24, 2026 received on March 26, 2026. The disclosure as required under Regulation 30 read with the Schedule III of SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed. The abovesaid disclosure will also be hosted on the website of the Company at www.pbfintech.in.
