With reference to Clause 4 of the Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and circular having reference no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 issued by BSE pertaining to clarification regarding trading restriction period, Systematix Corporate Services has informed that trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company by its Directors, Promoters, Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from April 1, 2026.
