Seamec informs about receipt of order
Seamec has informed that Oil and Natural Gas Corporation has, on March 13, 2026, issued Notification of Award (NOA) No. CPD-CLPG/MUM/2637683/ZW5CC26001/Samudra Prabha/9010041914 dated 26th March 2026 against e-tender no. ZW5CC26001 to the Consortium of the company (SEAMEC) and Supreme Hydro for Hiring of Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Services for ONGC Owned MSV ‘Samudra Prabha’ for 2026-2028. The tenure is for 698 days and will commence within 60 days from the date of the NOA. The total value will be around Rs. 329,92,34,688 inclusive of GST. Pursuant to Clause 4.2 of Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular dated January 30, 2026, it has enclosed the requisite details in respect of the said NOA in the prescribed Annexure.
