Suraj has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Reporting of Trading in respect of Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026. Accordingly, all the Promoters / Directors / Designated Persons / Specific Connected Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period. The date of Board Meeting for approval of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
