Bheema Cements has informed that the 44th Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be held on Monday, 27th Day of April 2026 at 11:00 AM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in pursuance of relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, and the rules made thereunder, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, relevant MCA/SEBI Circulars in this regard, and other applicable laws, if any. Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the 44th Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2022-23 containing the Notice, Directors Report, Financial Statements and annexures thereto is enclosed for reference and records. The Annual Report of the Company is also available on the website of the Company i.e. www.bheemacements.in.
