LG Electronics India informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the provisions of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, LG Electronics India has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026. The Trading Window shall remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026 (‘Financial Results’). The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors for consideration and approval of the aforesaid Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
