Viceroy Hotels informs about trading window closure
Viceroy Hotels has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 01.04.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of standalone and consolidated audited Financial Results for the Quarter and financial year ended 31.03.2026 for all designated persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct. The Board Meeting will be scheduled, inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Accordingly, an intimation regarding the notice of Board Meeting shall be sent separately to the Stock Exchanges. Further, the designated persons have been intimated not to trade in the securities of the Company during the above said period of closure of trading window.
