Kaizen Agro Infrabuild has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Employees, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from April 01, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on March 31, 2026, will be intimated in due course. Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter / deal in any transaction involving sale or purchase of shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window.
