SMT Engineering has informed that the Independent Directors the Company in their meeting held on 24th March 2026 have considered and approved the following amongst other items: Reviewed the performance of Non-Independent Directors and the Board as a Whole; Reviewed the performance of the Chairperson of the Company, and took into account the views of executive directors and non-executive directors; Assessed the quality, quantity and timeliness of flow of information between the Company management and the Board that is necessary for the Board to effectively and reasonably perform their duties.
