Bhagawati Oxygen informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the ‘Code of Conduct to, Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders' of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, Bhagawati Oxygen has informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended Mar 31, 2026. Accordingly, all the designated persons and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transactions involving dealing/ trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
