Valplast Technologies informs about closure of trading window
Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time), the circulars issued by SEBI and the Stock Exchanges, and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Valplast Technologies has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their Inmediate Relatives with effect from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the half year and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting at which the aforesaid Audited Financial Results will be considered and approved shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.
