AGI Greenpac has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended vide SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing/trading in the shares of the Company will be closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. Accordingly, all Designated Persons (including Directors and designated employees as per Company’s aforesaid Code) and their immediate relatives are being intimated not to enter into any transaction involving dealing/trading in shares of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
