MFS Intercorp has informed that pursuant to the Code of Fair Disclosure ( Including determination of Legitimate Purpose), Internal procedures and conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Person(s) of the Company and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their Immediate relatives will remain closed with effect from, April 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results by the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on March 31, 2026. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for review and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year Months ended on March 31, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
