ARC Finance informs about closure of trading window
ARC Finance has informed that pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities at the Company shall remain close from 1st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026 by the Board of Directors of the Company. The date of Board Meeting for considering the financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026, shall be informed in the due course.
