Regent Enterprises informs about closing of trading window
In reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended on April 1, 2019 and in terms of the Circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019, Regent Enterprises has informed that the closure of trading window will commence from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 and shall end on 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2026 for dealing in company’s scrip by the members of promoter group, directors, designated persons and other connected persons of the company.
