Scoobee Day Garments (India) has informed that, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘SEBI PIT Regulations’) and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the Promoters, Directors, Designated persons, their Immediate Relatives and for the Connected Persons of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. Further, the date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of Audited Financial Results of the Company shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges in due course of time.
