Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the securities of the Company is closed for all directors, key managerial persons, designated persons and connected persons of the Company with effect from 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2026. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for review and approval of the financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
