In accordance with the ‘Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders’ of the Company and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, Apollo Pipes has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from April 1, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2026.
