Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Vikram Solar has informed that it enclosed the Press Release on major order win of 378.75 MW of advanced N-TOPCon solar modules from Indian Oil NTPC Green Energy (INGEL), a joint venture between Indian Oil Corporation and NTPC Green Energy. Details as required under the SEBI Listing Regulations read with the SEBI Master Circular HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 as amended from time to time, are provided in Annexure A to this letter.
