With reference to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, whereunder the listed entities are required to submit the ‘Initial Disclosure’, if falling within the criteria mentioned in point no. 2.2 of the above-mentioned circular for determining ‘Large Corporate’. In this context, Sharda Ispat Pharma has informed that the Company does not fall under Large Corporate category for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026 as per the framework mentioned in the aforesaid circular.
