In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Ceinsys Tech has informed that Phaneesh Murthy (DIN: 00388525), Independent Director of the Company, vide his letter dated April 28, 2026, has tendered his resignation as the Independent Director of the Company, with effect from April 28, 2026, due to personal reasons. Further, the details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as an Annexure I and copy of the letter of resignation received from Phaneesh Murthy is enclosed as an Annexure II.
