Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Hindoostan Mills has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. To consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results/Audited Accounts of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2026. Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the company has informed that the Trading Window is closed from April 01, 2026 and shall remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the aforesaid financial results are declared to Stock Exchanges.
