Indian Overseas Bank informs about security cover certificate
ln terms of Regulation 54(2)/(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_CRADT/CIR/P/2022/67 dated 19.05.2022, as amended, Indian Overseas Bank has enclosed Security Cover Certificate of the Bank as on March 31, 2026. They further informed that all the outstanding listed non-convertible debt securities issued by the Bank are of unsecured nature.
