In continuation of intimation dated March 5, 2026, Jet Freight Logistics has informed that the effective date of resignation of Dheeraj Chanigalla - Deputy General Manager Sales - Air Export, a Senior Management Personnel as defined under Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has been extended for a period of 1 (One) month for completion of the handover formalities and accordingly, the last date of resignation would be from the closure of business hours on May 29, 2026. The extension letter of notice period of Dheeraj Chanigalla has been enclosed.
