IDBI Bank informs about board meeting
In terms of Regulations 29 and 50 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, IDBI Bank has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and year ended March 3 1, 2026. Further, in accordance with Bank's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Bank by the designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed upto May 02, 2026.
