Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing informs about updates on acquisition
In continuation to earlier disclosure dated April 22, 2026, submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, regarding the acquisition of Hobel Bellows Private Limited (‘Target Company’), Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing has informed that the ‘Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited’ (‘the Company’) has completed the said acquisition. The Company along with its wholly owned subsidiary, ‘Innomech Aerospace Toolings Private Limited’, has fully paid and settled the entire consideration as disclosed in the aforesaid intimation, within the indicative timeline previously communicated to the Stock Exchanges.
