Tata Communications has reported results for fourth quarter (Q4) and year ended March 31, 2026.

The company has reported 75.79% fall in its net profit of Rs 168.75 crore for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2026 (Q4FY26) as compared to net profit of Rs 697.10 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 2.37% at Rs 1,984.46 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 1,938.49 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On consolidated basis, the company has reported 74.69% fall in its net profit at Rs 263.25 crore for Q4FY26 as compared to Rs 1,040.34 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 8.87% at Rs 6596.73 crore for Q4FY26 as compared Rs 6059.15 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, the company has reported 24.45% fall in its net profit at Rs 793.87 crore as compared to Rs 1,050.87 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 5.93% at Rs 7,993.45 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 7,546.20 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.

For the year ended March 31, 2026, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported 45.46% fall in its net profit at Rs 1001.57 crore as compared to Rs 1836.36 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 8.03% at Rs 25104.45 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 23238.89 crore for year ended March 31, 2025.
