Insilco informs about disclosure on non-applicability of large Corporate
With reference to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/ CIR/2023/ 172 dated October 19, 2023 and other relevant circulars with respect to Fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Entities, Insilco has informed that the company (Under Voluntary Liquidation) does not fall under the category of Large Corporate (LC) as per the framework provided in the aforesaid Circulars as on 31st March 2026. Therefore, the Company is not required to file the requisite disclosures as mandate under the aforesaid circular.
